Robin is a singer-songwriter based in San Francisco, California. Although she always loved singing, she began songwriting when she moved to San Francisco from her hometown of Los Altos in 2005, and was inspired by the sights and sounds of the city. Her songs cover a range of emotion and experience, and she enjoys an intimate connection with her audience through an honest delivery and powerful lyrics. She has played at venues throughout the Bay Area ranging from the lounge at Yoshi's (SF) and the Freight and Salvage (opening for Blame Sally) to smaller venues such as the Bazaar Cafe. She is often joined by her husband, Eric Pedersen on mandolin, guitar, and backing vocals, and percussionist (and songwriter in his own right) David Sobel. Playing music based in folk and americana, their collective sound is a mix of lush harmonies and unique musical textures.
